The Primal Pursuit Mid is the same shoe as the Primal Pursuit, only with a little more height, waterproof protection, and a suede upper. That’s right, splish splash, take that bath. In these, you can puddle jump, hike through mud, and get caught in the rain while your feet stay nice and dry.

Think of the Primal Pursuit Mid as a hybrid of the Primal 2 and the Trailhead/Mesa. We incorporated all of the features you have grown to love about these shoe models into one new and improved style! The fit and feel is the same as the Primal 2, only with a bit more oomph, like the Trailhead/Mesa, in order to navigate over rocks and roots like a pro.

The new Trail Traction Outsole features a slightly higher stack height and more cushion than the  Primal 2, without tacking on too much extra weight. The Primal Pursuit Mid combines the fit and feel of the Primal 2 with the functionality and durability of the Trailhead/Mesa for more adventurous…pursuits - see what we did there? ;)

The materials include an air mesh upper that allows for maximum air flow to wick away moisture and keep you presentable for a post-hike brewski with friends. The Primal Pursuit Mid features the same zero-drop heel and wide toe box as the Primal 2 that allows the toes to behave like they are meant to - free and splayed.

    Great Work Shoe!

I love the fit and comfort of the Women's Primal Pursuit Mid Waterproof shoe. They are a great work shoe! I just spent all morning vaccinating calves, covered in dust, cow manure, wading through weeds and corral muck, and I'm perfectly dry! The sole is a little sturdier than some other zero drop shoes, but for climbing around a corral, this is perfect.

    BEST SHOES EVER!

I have struggled with foot pain for years. My feet are wide through the toes and most shoes are too narrow. These shoes are PERFECT! The toe box is wide enough yet the heal is supported enough that my feet don’t slide around. I have been sizing up to get more space for my toes, however these fit so well that i didn’t need to do that. I would absolutely but another pair of Lems shoes.

    Comfortable

When I put them on I though perhaps they were a bit annoying on my big toes. I wore them around the house and I began to like them. Then I committed to wearing them outside. I’ve not done any steep trails yet, which is why I got them, but I find them very comfortable for dog walking around town. Again, on lowland trails and gravel roads, and even side walks and park grass I am very pleased? I’m glad I got them.
