IBR OUTSOLE

Aka injection blown rubber outsole. This keeps the shoes lightweight, flexible and supremely packable.

ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT

These shoes are some of the lightest on the market - if you were blindfolded, you might just think you're barefoot and that's just the way we want it.

ZERO-DROP

While you're being conscious of where you're stepping, also be conscious of how you're stepping. Zero-drop keeps your spine in-line.

WIDE TOE BOX

The easiest way to ruin your day is to jam up your toes in uncomfortable shoes. Give them the space they need to breathe with our wide toe box.

Looks great, but go up half a size

Overall this is a very good boot and a solid purchase. It looks fantastic and not at all out of place compared to "conventional" shaped shoes. Nice enough for casual use or to wear to the office. They are also comfortable, with no hot spots or chafing around the ankles or heel.

It's not the most flexible sole compared to some other minimalist shoes, but flat and zero drop. Definitely use suede-friendly waterproofing spray to protect them from the elements. I haven't noticed any issues with traction, but I've only worn them twice so far, albeit on snowy pavement.

I recommend going up a half size. I'm normally a 9 in just about every shoe and brand, but the 9 for these are a bit snug. I assume they will stretch out a little as they break in, but they're also a little snug up front with not as much space as I usually like. A 9.5 likely would've been perfect. I will still heat them up and stretch them out a little bit more.

    Do not discontinue!

I own a few different Lems models and this one is by far my most favorite! I own both suede colorways and if they made more colors I'd buy them. Please Lems, do not discontinue this shoe! Would be a mistake. There is no other shoe you make that I would continue to buy.

    Under-rated shoe

I've been wearing them for about 3 months now, but yesterday, I mis-stepped and badly scratched the full length of the heel across the sharp corner of some brick stairs. I look down-- NOTHING. Aside from the suede breaking to be more comfortable by the day, they are also the most resilient shoe I've ever worn-- I cannot break them. They also keep looking better. They're getting a slight fade around the toe and crease of the foot and they just look phenomenal. If Lems never makes them again.... I don't know what I'll do. I'll just be sad.
