The Outlanders with their waterproof uppers and 4mm deep lugs will give you incredible traction, whether you’re snowshoeing through mountain powder or trudging through mucky slush in town. Live somewhere very wet (we’re looking at you PNW)? The gusseted tongue keeps the tongue completely attached to the boot, preventing moisture and debris from coming inside the shoe. We also took the same breathable, waterproof liner from the Waterproof Boulder Boot to keep water out so your feet stay dry and warm.

A spacious toe box coupled with a zero-drop platform will have your feet dancing on the trail, because these natural foot-shaped hiking boots allow you to move in proper alignment, just as nature intended.

Now, for the toughest decision of all: Which colorway will you choose? Evergreen, Blue Steel, or Iceberg? All three are beauties designed with inspiration from Mother Nature herself.

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

100% WATERPROOF UPPER

With its fully waterproof membrane and gusseted tongue, the Outlander will keep your feet dry and warm, especially after a day on the slopes or slogging through slush on your way to the bar!

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel close to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

WIDE TOE BOX

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

Reviews Summary
Customers say these waterproof hiking boots are extremely comfortable right out of the box with no break-in period needed. The wide toe box provides ample room while maintaining a snug heel fit. Many appreciate the lightweight design, excellent traction on various terrains, and stylish appearance suitable for both hiking and casual wear. The boots keep feet dry in wet conditions and offer good ankle support without being bulky. Common concerns include laces that are too short for proper tying and occasionally come untied during use. Some find the toe box slightly narrower than other models in the brand's lineup. Several customers recommend sizing up half a size, especially when wearing thick socks. Many reviewers mention owning multiple pairs and praise the durability for daily wear.

    My favorite boot

I love these boots! Comfortable right out for the box. This is my second pair of these. I loved blue so much I ordered another pair when the color got discontinued. These are my go to boots for hiking and wet/winter weather. Switched to Lems shoes a year ago and never going back. No more back pain. I do buy a size 8 in these and wear a 7.5 in my other favorite, the Primal 3 for anyone wondering.

    Love these boots

I purchased the Women's Outlander boot, Size 10.5 . I was unsure of what size to purchase as some reviews stated that they found they ran small. When I got them I almost returned them as I felt I should have gotten the size 10 but instead I put another liner in the bottom and they fit well. My only complaint, and its not a deal breaker, but I wish they would have the Elastic No Tie Lock Laces. I find that the laces that come with the boot are constantly coming loose and untie. I have to double knot them and they still don't stay tight. Other than that they are a great boot for the rainy , wet weather here on Vancouver Island. I wish there were more shoe styles that were waterproof in the regular shoes as it is wet here all winter and I don't always need big boots, just a waterproof shoe would be fantastic. Great Boot overall.

    Exceeding my expectations

These were a christmas gift to myself this winter since the boots I wore for 10 years no longer fit after four pregnancies. I picked these because I wanted something I could hike in and use in the snow (very the most bang for my buck). I purchased a pair insulated boot liners from Tractor Supply to make sure they're warm enough. I DON'T EVEN NEED THEM. For two days I've been wearing these in a foot of snow and my feet are warmer in these than they ever were in my Keens rated for 15 degrees. Plus they're just a really good looking boot and incredibly well made. I do not like spending money on myself but this was a solid purchase. Also worth noting, I have a bunion and very wide across the ball of the foot. These boots are roomy and genuinely so very comfortable. I've been wearing them daily before we even got snow. No "regerts".
