FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING
This sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

With its fully waterproof membrane and gusseted tongue, the Boulder Summit will keep your feet dry and warm, especially after a day on the slopes or slogging through slush on your way to the bar!

These are really good looking boots in addition to being SO comfortable and waterproof. They are sturdy enough for hiking around upland while being attractive enough for strolling around city streets. The leather is super nice.

The sizing is my only complaint. I wish Lems followed sizing that more closely resembled standard insole lengths. I am a 9.5 in almost all major shoe brands. In Lems, the 9.5 is just a tad too short where my big toe hits the front. When I size up to a 10, it is far too long and my foot slides around. As well as the secure feeling in the heel and mid sole, I much preferred the 9.5, it is just too loose in the 10. I have found these boots to be durable and comfortable for working on my feet but I have not hiked or gone long hours/rough terrain in them.

These are the best hiking shoes I’ve ever had. I have bunions on both feet and struggle on longer and more technical hikes. I got these to go hiking in the Alps, and my feet were comfortable the whole time. I ended up wearing them while around cities and towns as well since they were so comfortable. I did find the laces were too short but switched them out for longer ones and they worked great.
