Pure Bliss
I haven’t found a pair of Lems shoes I don’t love. They fit like a glove—actually, better. Over time, they really mold to your feet.
Like the founder, I’ve spent years searching for shoes that are actually comfortable and easy on my beat-up knees, hips, and back—thanks to a lifetime of going full throttle in the military. Lems finally checked every box for me.
This specific pair has been great for gym workouts and running errands. I’ve taken them on some longer walks too, but my old knees definitely prefer a bit more cushion—something like the Trail Blazers.

Glad they are doing true primal again!
I loved Lems until they started to make their shoes narrow. I decided to give them another try since they seemed to have adjusted their sizing (not for all shoes, bummer).
These are very comfortable and nice and wide and comparable to other primal brands (thankfully wider than some!). I'm super happy with these, but wish they would expand to the other styles.

Perfect for my wide toes and the zero drop fits my forefoot strike. It feels so good wearing these I feel like I could walk forever. And it had a big discount? Oh my!
