Runs small but great shoe
I find all Lems require me to size up 1/2 to 1 full size above what I normally wear but these shoes are great otherwise. They have just enough cushion for my aging feet, plenty of ground feel. My toes are no longer crowded. I have advanced osteoarthritis in both knees & was having considerable chronic pain which severely limited my activity. Now that I’ve been wearing Lem’s for about a year my pain is only occasional & I have been able to resume many of my normal activities. The arthritis is still there but I can move about much more & sleep undisturbed by pain. I love my Primal Zen!
