I like my new Primal Zen. They are perfect for my bunion post-surgery. I usually wear size 7.5. Size 8 was snug, so I went with 8.5.

Best shoes for neuropathy.
Recovering from GBS and have numbness in my feet. These shoes make it possible to feel the surface you are walking on. They give my feet comfort and the widened toe box makes it easier to feel the walking surface as well. I will not go back to regular tennis shoes!
