Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

Almost as good as the marketing
The larger toe box still skews heavily to the inside, leaving my baby toe as trapped as in any other shoe. The heel feels very thick, and is much louder than when I'm walking than my "normal" shoes. Other than those nitpicks, I'm quite happy, and will be using these as my "daily drivers" for work. I've yet to have cause to test the water resistance, so I'll attempt to update this later.

One small issue
The elastic on the ankle is to deep and stepping in a deeper puddle it allows water in making it not so water proof. Also would like to see the toe box wider at the end to allow to toes to splay more. Hope lems can make these small adjustments to make the shoe/boot perfect I’ve used lambs for the past five years for my job and really love them.

First pair of Chelsea boots. Awesome! All of your products never let me down. I work landscaping and wear these every day. My Boulder boots lasted almost 2 years with rough daily use. These boots seem like they will withstand the test too!
