Great for walking and training!
Very comfortable shoe with my favorite outdoor sole from Lems, grippy but not dirt catching.
Like it even better than the Trail Thrasher, because of the sportier feel.
Would love to see a water-resistant version of it...
Especially the European sizing from Lems runs short / consult the insole length chart to find your size.

3 week review - prior to Camino de Santiago
I am wearing these at Yosemite - did mist trail and Taft point. Going up the steep steps up to Vernal falls, had slight heel pain but no hot spot at days end. Grip was great but had to rely on hiking poles on loose gravel. Prior to Yosemite, hiked Brays bayou in Houston - heel caked up with mud while front of shoe did well clearing out mud. About to hike 200 miles Spain - feels like this shoe will work -
The zero drop and firm sole has been unbelievably wonderful for my knee pain.
