    I had a great experience with LEMS customer service. I did receive a defective Mariner shoe, notified customer service and they simply asked for photographs to demonstrate what was wrong with the shoe. They promptly sent me a new pair of shoes. They’re excellent for boating and have the usual high-quality that I’m used to with exceptional comfort.

    Love the women's Mariners

    These shows aren't quite as wide as my other Lems shoes, but they are still comfortable. And I know the leather will stretch, so they'll get even more comfy. Only suggestion I would make is the heel could be a little more narrow. But these are comfy and so nice looking! Thanks Lems! Please keep making wide toe box shoes with regular heels, for people like me. I know I'm not the only one. Your shoes have been a lifesaver (foot saver) for me. I used to deal with so much pain because of bunions, but your shoes have made a world of difference for me. Thank you!

    Excellent fit

    I am super happy with my Lems mariner purchase. I usually run around in barefoot type sneakers all day. I needed a bit dressier shoe. I love these shoes! They look and feel fantastic. The size is true to fit. They are light and have a slight cushioned feel. The toe box is roomy but not overly so. I can wear toe socks with them. My heel stays in place. I think they look awesome too. Thanks Lems!
