No arch support needed
Comfortably right out of the box. Usually need arch support, but since my foot had enough room for my toes to splay, the included cork insole works just fine.

I Love Lems
I am an active 73 year old with arthritis and buunions. When a flare-up last year made me search for new shoes I tried Lems, and I have been hooked ever since. I now own several pairs. Once you find your size ( and they are very helful & quck with exchanges & returns) you can order with confidence that any style will fit. The quality is terrific and I get many comlpiments. Most importantly, the comfort - like a barefoot shoe with a little more support & structure. Equally comfy with or without socks. I have 3 pairs of primal zens, which should speak for itself!

Awesome Shoes
Some of the best shoes I have ever owned, I have a really messed up set of feet and a really screwed up right ankle. I can actually wear these shoes with no brace and I hardly have any pain or discomfort. I do think they run a little bit small and had to go to a size up, probably because of my freaky second long toes. God has an interesting sense of humor.

Very comfortable. I take a size 10 in women’s medium width but in these shoes that size was too short and too narrow. I’m impressed about how quickly I get the shoes and the return was so easy.
