Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

Love these!
These are the first "barefoot" style shoes I have actually been able to wear without foot or back pain. They are also cute and lightweight. I will definitely buy more Lems in the future. I did have to go up a half size but that's bc I have one those annoying long second toes. The exchange process was fantastically easy!

Amazing
I have finally found my shoe. I am 69 years young and very active and healthy. I bought these and the walking shoes. I literally threw all my shoes in my closet (well donated them) out and am only wearing your brand. I cannot believe the difference in how my feet feel. Thank you

Great fit!
The shoes for like a glove and don't want to skip off at all! I've not worn these for long walks, only for short ones, but I see the potential for chafing because the material covering the top of the foot reaches all the way to the joint and rubs against the leg part. Hasn't been a problem with the short walks and I'll happily give it 5 stars if I survive long walks in it.
