Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Great but some Snags
For the most part these shoes are pretty great and come with the same comfortability that Lems Primal Zen has. There are some snags that I would say bring the star down one level. First off the inside of the shoe where the top piece meets the side pieces there is some threading from the shoe stitch that pokes through like it is where it was finished and it scratches the top of my foot without socks. Then the laces Lems chose to use on this shoe are definitely not the most ideal as they will come unlaced quite often (every 1-2 days wearing for me). Last being a boat style shoe I was hoping it was coming standard with some type of waterproofing but you definitely need it on this shoe.
All in all, there are a few fixes that can be done but great shoe nonetheless, hope it lasts.

Toe box great plenty of room,,the length runsca little short.Just ordered two more pair 1/2 size larger.

Awesome shoe
Shoe looks great, feels super comfortable, probably the most comfortable lems shoe I have bought. My one critique would be the heal width is a little wide, it’s roomy back there when I’m not wearing socks.
