Exactly what I was looking for in a Chelsea boot.
These are comfy and durable. Something to note for those of us who are going through menopause- we loose some of the fat padding on the soles of our feet as we age! I can no longer wear the extreme barefoot shoes I used to wear, and Lems provides the perfect solution of giving my feet space and mobility, while providing me with just the amount of cushion my seasoned feet are asking for! This is my second pair of Lems. I purchased the hiking boots last summer, which I love, but they take some time to put on and tie up. These Chelsea Boots allow me to quick slip on and go. Now when they arrived the insole inside was tight on the height of my foot. Thankfully they came with a second option. That thinner insole did the trick. They are quick to pull on, great for walking the dogs in the wet spring grass, but also look nice going into town. I'm thrilled. Hopefully I will not have to buy shoes for a few years now. Thanks!

Really like these boots - I'm a W 7.5 2E (double wide) and purchased a size 8 and they fit great. Im wearing them with regular thick socks so if you want to wear them with very thick socks you might need to go up more than 1/2 a size.
