Designed for the demands of service, this tactical boot provides performance with a fit that actually works for more foot shapes. Built on our widest last, it gives military personnel extra room in the toe and a stable platform underfoot so long missions and heavy gear don’t mean sore feet. The high 9" shaft offers ankle support and protection while allowing the necessary range of motion for movement, load carriage, and fast transitions.

Every structural detail was selected for durability and field performance: reinforced stress points, a reliable lace system, and a protective upper constructed from hard-wearing materials. The reverse cowhide material is extremely durable, abrasion-resistant, breathable, water resistant, and it dries quickly. The outsole is Vibram® Megagrip, proven to deliver outstanding traction on wet, dry, and mixed terrain so you keep your footing whether you’re patrolling muddy trails or moving on slick urban surfaces.

This boot is engineered to comply with AR 670-1 in construction and materials. In short, it meets the technical and performance requirements expected for military use while offering a wider, more comfortable fit and the traction professionals rely on.

VIBRAM® MEGAGRIP OUTSOLE

The Vibram® Megagrip outsole is a high performance rubber compound, specifically engineered for wet and dry terrain, offering a combination of traction and durability for trekking, hiking and other outdoor activities.

REVERSE CALF SKIN LEATHER

Made from full-grain, reverse calf skin leather for extreme durability and longevity, this boot is built to last and keep you comfortable all day long.

Reviews Summary
Customers say these boots are extremely comfortable right out of the box with minimal break-in needed. The wide toe box and zero drop design provide natural foot movement while offering adequate cushioning and ankle support. Many appreciate the grippy Vibram sole that performs well on various terrains including mud and rocky surfaces. The boots fit true to size for most, though some recommend ordering a half size up. Common feedback includes initial stiffness that improves with wear, excellent traction, and durability through field use. A few users mention heel blisters during break-in and note the boots can run warm in summer conditions.

    Tactical Pro Tall Boot

One month so far, very comfortable right out of the box. No break in period needed. Toe box and zero drop and sole design works great while working in the concrete construction business. Time will tell with the durability and wear.

Lightweight and flexible but the leather absord moisture.

Good boot, flexible. But doesn't feel perfectly zero drop.

    Great traction and toe box.

    Very confortable.

Not mutch water resistant. I apply a shoe baslam and it seem more waterproof. But it darkened a lot the leather and now it blends less alongside with duty boot.

Seem durable, except the side of the tongue showing wear after 100km.

    Best boots

One of most comfortable boots right out of the box I’ve ever had. Didn’t need a break in period at all and the soles so soft that I couldn’t be happier about it.

The one I’ve been waiting for.

I’ve been waiting my whole Army career for this boot!

These boots came out right as I was getting ready to deploy. I snagged them (just in time), and knew these were something special as soon as I got my hands on them.

I proceeded to wear them the whole mobilization. I patrolled in them for 4 months straight. These patrols (3 days on, 3 off) were on foot, in full kit, 10 - 15 miles a day.

I put these things through the wringer. I wore them in hot weather, knee deep mud / slush, and even -15 and snowing sideways. After that, they are still good as new.

They are minimal / barefoot enough to let my feet move naturally, while still having just enough under the foot to hold up to rough terrain and long days.

There is not another boot like this on the market. Lems has earned a lifelong customer with these, and I recommend them to anyone.

    Great boot!

Very comfortable boot. Like wearing slippers but I feel like a could run miles in them. I am a solar installer and being on roofs tear boots up. We will see how long they last but great as far as comfort goes. Only 4 stars because they are very difficult to get on and off. Even with the laces as loose as can be, the neck of the boot itself is very slim.
