Relieved Soreness
I am 68 and I still work out. Before the workout I stretch. One my my stretches is to lie on my back and bring my knees against my chest. This always pulled on my neck so much so that I have to lift my head. Well maybe a week after wearing my shoes, all of a sudden I noticed that I could have my head on the floor. Very noticeable.
No doubt it is delivering regarding the reason I got them.
Finally, they look great and seem well constructed. I like them as a kind of terrain shoe.
Oh, they were too snug for the inserts and fine without them.

Solid Shoes
These shoes are holding up really well. I hit them with some waterproofing spray before the first use to make sure that they would age gracefully. Time will tell how they hold up, but I've got all least 100 miles on them walking around the park and they are doing well.

The best shoe that I have found so far, zero drop, low stack, wide toe box and a firm foundation. The shoe helps me to walk 8,000 steps a day at age 83 !
