    Barely Barefoot

    Zero drop, nice and wide, but minimal flex & minimal ground feel as they really focus on that cushion. You really feel the flat heel and extra toe space, they're such a relief coming from normal sneakers. Lots of cushion - You can heel strike in these. Minimal flex - The sole won't bend around things you step on and they offer surprisingly good lateral support (but at detriment to the flex/barefoot feel). They look like plain sneakers from the side, but from the top they are humorously clown shoey. The cork insoles are fantastic.

    In the end, these are probably good for those just getting into barefoot shoes, but if this isn't your first foray, buy something else.
