    They help add a little cushion under foot, and for fall and temps getting colder out it helps to keep feet a bit warmer. Also helps take up a little space in the shoe for those of us with smaller foot volume.

    Love these

    I am a 4-5 pair LEMS owner, and I recently just wore out the OG insoles of most of my shoes. These new cork insoles make my LEMS feel like brand new! I should have swapped them out 6 months ago! I had to do some trimming, but it fit right in all of my shoes! 7 1/2 women’s.

    10/10! Replace your insoles regularly!
