Love My Lems
I bought my Lems boots because I wanted a leather zero drop boot for working in my shop and working around our rural homestead. These looked well made and I really liked the soles. I wasn’t disappointed! For my feet and my bad knees, they are very comfortable! I have only worn them a week so can’t speak to their durability, but it looks like they will hold up well. So far so good. They offer lots of room in the toe box and have been comfortable during short, four mile walks on paved and unpaved terrain. They look good too.

Great winter hiking boots
I love, love my new boots! They seem to be very well built and the leather is beautiful. I have a pair of older Boulder Boots that I like the styling better for everyday wear but the toe box is too restrictive for hiking. I ordered this particular style (Boulder Summit) because of the wider toe box design. I also ordered a 1/2 size up to get the amount of toe box room I want - no restriction on my toes (sides or tops) and room for my Correct-Toes inserts. It does add a bit of overall length to the boot but because these are for winter/snow use, I just double-sock when hiking or wearing w/o Correct-Toes. So far I've hiked up to 5 miles in snow and and they fit and felt fantastic right out of the box. No rub spots or need to break in the leather. The top of the boot dug into my leg a bit when fully laced so I unlaced the top eyelet on either side and tied my boots at the second eyelet down which made the boots very comfortable.
Initially, I had to send back the first two pairs due to defects but thankfully the exchange was friendly, fast and easy with their "Happy Returns" system (and no cost to return! That's a HUGE positive!!) This made all the difference in my experience. Good customer service/product support is as valuable as the product itself.
I am very happy with my replacement pair and very happy with how the exchanges were handled.

I have a love affair with these boots
I do a lot of activities that require boots but I’m not really a “boot girl”. I have long wished for a pair of boots that was comfortable and suited my needs. In addition, having suffered most of my adult life from a bunion and hammer toe caused by many years of wearing inappropriate mainstream shoes, I only wear barefoot and zero-drop foot-shaped shoes now. Enter these boots. I needed something warm, waterproof, barefoot friendly, and durable. I can not express how grateful I am that I took the plunge and bought these boots. They are as comfortable as tennis shoes. They are very warm and indeed waterproof. And, they’re classy looking enough to pair with jeans and a sweater. If you’re on the fence—-just buy them!
Side note, I wear a size 8 in every shoe I have ever owned in my entire life, but when I ordered size 8 in these, I had to return for 8 1/2.
