Rugged
I have the Chelsea barefoot boot for my city lifestyle, but the Tuff Boots are what I wear at the camp. They are a very different feel from the barefoot boot, as the leather and sole are thicker and stiffer, but it's exactly what I want for chopping wood and moving the wheelbarrow over roots and rocks in the untamed forest. However, they are still comfortable from the get-go and keep my feet warm and dry during the wet, cold fall months. I do have to wear a moisture wicking sick because they are not very breathable. Although I like the Sherpa lined ankle, it's a little too snug, making it more effort to get the boot on and off, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I ordered a 1/2 size up, but wish I ordered a full size to accommodate my thickest sick in the colder months.

Love them!
I bought these for a winter boot and they are so warm and comfortable. The traction is better than the regular Chelsea boot. These are a bit more stiff than the regular Chelsea boot but I think they just need to be worn in a bit more.
