100/10 MUST BUY LIVE IN SHOES
I bought these 5 days before a holiday to Germany and Ireland where I knew I would be walking a ton, in rain, in damp, in field, on street, and everywhere between. After doing a lot of research and comparison betwixt brands (Xero shoes etc) and types I settled on these (maybe I am also partial since I live down the way from Lems) BUT I was very nervous to be breaking in brand new boots but that's what I get for waiting until the last possible minute! Aux contrary. These were like slippers from the get -go. There was no rubbing, blisters, pinching, hot spots, over sweating, krinkling....
They keep getting better now that I have worn them about 100 miles in, as the cushion has adapted to my foot shape. They are truly waterproof, don't mark all that easily, have excellent grip (discovered that on wet slimy cobblestoned streets!) And are quite warm for those cold days. I have used the Lems leather kit 2x on these to keep them ship shape. These are gonna last ages. Keep up the quality Lems! 100/10 recommend these to anyone. I look forward to my CO winter in these puppies. Also getting loads of compliments locally and internationally on the "look", which if you're worried about the square toe shape don't be. I wear a size 6 womens, usually size up for boots for foot room as well as thicker socks. I stuck with the 6.5 and I am glad I did since that little extra space for thicker socks is stellar. I have wide feet and bunions ( thanks dancing) and always had trouble fitting boots,…

Size up a whole size
I ordered a half size larger than my regular Lems but had to exchange them for a whole size larger. They feel a bit too big, especially in the heel, but will allow much thicker socks for winter weather. So far they've kept my feet nice and dry.
