    Not as wide as expected

    Compared with the Primal 3 in the same size, these are not as ‘straight’ along the big toe and I should have tried half a size up. Very comfortable otherwise, and waterproof up to the ankle.

    After 2 years and many miles, it's time to replace these

    I need a shoe with a wide toe box (due to neuropathy) and these shoes were very comfortable. I bought them and a pair of HOKA Kahas so I could rotate shoes while hiking in the Virginia section of the A/T and other hikes in all weather. In the past 4-5 months, the stitching over the widest part of the Outlander toe box has failed on the inner and outer part of the shoe (see photos). The tread provides good footing with little slipping although the soles are well worn. I plan to replace them because 2 years of comfortable, steady use is worth it to me. I'm sorry to see the blue steel model is discontinued.

    5 star don't think just buy

    As comfortable as a sock on your feet absolutely love lems can't usually buy when they are full priced but anytime there's a sale I try and get a pair. Thank you lems for bringing great wide toe boots an shoes to the market.
