    My favorite shoes

    I typically kick off my shoes as soon as I come in the door. These are so comfortable, I sometimes forget to take them off. A lot of my previous joint pain in my feet, knees, hips and back has resolved, or vastly improved since I started wearing these. I find I'm just walking more gently in the world because of the flexibility and how they move with my feet. I bought my usual size and had to return them for the next size up - my feet aren't particularly wide, but I needed a little more length than the smaller size provided.

    Gave them a try

    I had been thinking of trying a barefoot type of shoe because I’ve been having a difficult time with my custom shoe inserts and suspect that they were the source of my knee and hip pain that mysteriously disappears in the summer when I rarely wear them. So far my feet are very happy in these Lems sneaker and my knees and hips aren’t complaining either.

    I love that they are so lightweight and the toe box is so roomy!
