    My first barefoot shoes

    I researched for weeks, finally settling on the LEMS brand and bought two pairs—white and dark blue—of the Primal 3. They were a perfect fit. I am home and barefoot most of the time these days in order to strengthen my feet and the natural arch. After YEARS wearing orthotics in my athletic shoes, I’m now looking at shoes differently after learning about toe-spread, and shoes‘ direct impact on causing bunions. (Sorry for all the blame formerly cast onto my mother!) I’m training in these shoes now in preparation of walking in Europe soon, and I acknowledge every step’s difference with the way my feet strike the ground. I’m so pleased and would love some “dress shoes” by LEMS too. I would definitely buy these again. A man at church yesterday actually noticed them and asked if I were wearing barefoot shoes. Haha—another “aware” person.
