Excellent boot
Since I got my Outlanders, they have been the shoes I wear 99% of the time. My feet measure 24cm long x 9cm wide, and I ordered the size 8 which is my usual Lems size. They are plenty wide and roomy and can accommodate a thick wool sock; but are adjustable with the laces and work with a thin sock equally well. I wear them for my daily hikes with my dog; my feet have stayed dry and warm in 20 degree temps and icy snow and slush.
These are stiffer and have a thicker sole than a typical "barefoot" shoe; I am fine with that because my feet get too cold in thin-soled barefoot boots and also because I plan to wear them for winter mountain biking as well so I appreciate the stiffness and thicker, more protective upper. But, if you are a barefoot "purist," these are probably not for you.
The only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating is because the ankle part of the boot has regular lace holes - I would have much preferred speed-lacing hooks. Also, the laces are oddly short and don't stay tied unless you double-knot them. But, overall these are great boots and I am very happy with them.

Comfortable with room for my toes
I've worn these boots several times now and they are comfortable all day! My toes are quite happy, there is plenty of room for them. My only complaint is the laces are way too short, which makes it hard to keep them tied.

Incredible!!
I wore these as my only shoe for a week long Europe trip that included lots of walking in cold and lightly snowy/ drizzly weather. They were perfect. I appreciate how the toe box is not tight. They were supportive, light, and durable! And they looked great with all my outfits! I could also wear them comfortably with thicker socks and thinner ones too. And they kept my feet dry and warm. This was my first purchase from Lems! 10/10 recommend!!
