Love this boot
Lems Shoes does it again!!! I have a really high arch and so it's hard for me to find shoes that actually fit my feet. But this Chelsea Barefoot Waterproof Boot feels so comfortable, no break in at all, and keeps my feet warm.
Benefits: First off, the boots are beautiful. Next, I've worn my other pair of Lems shoes long enough now that my pinky toe, which used to tuck under the toe next to it, is now perfectly straight. What that means is, the bunion that was forming, is no longer forming. Never in my life have my toes been perfectly straight, at least not that I remember.
Also, since wearing Lems shoes, I've noticed that the increased flexibility of the sole has radically improved my balance.
Warmth of sole: My feet get cold super easy, so when I wear these boots outside, I do need to wear thick socks. I'm gonna have to wear these shoes a bit more before I can get my feet in and out of them with thick socks on. (Remember that high arch I have? I also have a large foot volume too.)
Sizing: I'm also really glad I got a size up. I definitely needed a size up. I'm typically a size 9, I got a size 10. I could have conceivably gotten a 10.5, and they still would have fit just fine. But I'm really happy with these shoes. Again, they are so comfortable and I love the brand. This is my second pair and I will definitely be getting more Lems shoes.
Lems is the only brand that oozes comfort from the very first day that I wear their shoes.

Like the Boot-Not its Slippery Sole
The boot is very comfortable-definitely good advice to order a half-size larger than normal. What detracts from this boot is that it is very slippery on wet surfaces, on snow, and on some tile floors (such as you would encounter in department stores). That said, I bought it specifically because it is waterproof, but I learned my lesson once and will never wear this boot in wet conditions unless I am in the mood for gliding.

Most comfortable boots!
These boots were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I appreciate the wide toe box and have been wearing them non-stop. I sized up a half size, and that was the right choice. Haven't had the opportunity to test the waterproof nature of the boots, but based on the material, I feel that they would be fine.
