Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This brand new, sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

So comfortable
I have owned my Boulder Summit boots for a year now and they are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. They are like walking in moccasins but with the support needed while hiking trails. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them for extreme terrain but that’s not why I bought them. I condition them when needed , you could say that I baby them. Part of me kind of wants this pair to brake down as to be a good excuse to purchase a new pair but that’s not in the near future. I was so impressed with them that I bought my girlfriend a pair and she loves them.

Been looking for boots like these for years now.
If you have custom made inserts and can’t find a pair of shoes/boots that fit, these Boulder Summit Waterproof boots are the ones you need. These boots are by far the most comfortable and best fitting I’ve ever worn. For many years I’ve been looking for a pair of boots/shoes that fit my wide feet and I finally found them. I also have a pair of Waterproof Boulder boots but they are not as comfortable and wide as these Summit boots. I’m wearing them everyday from now on for work and leisure.
