Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

First time customer.
I ordered 2 pair-size 9 and 9.5 the 9.5 fits perfectly.
I was going to return the 9 but I gave them to my daughter.

Game changer
I'm a fit 66yr old yoga instructor. I've had plenty of sports injuries, 2 knee surgeries, meniscus removal then ACL reconstruction.
I have struggled for years trying to find shoes with no luck. Then I saw a YouTube review of Lems. I decided to try it and I'm sold. Gone is the knee and hip pain. I could feel my gait changing after a few days. Feeling very smooth and no pain!!! Grateful I found you!!!

Really comfortable and makes me want to upgrade all my footwear
I'd been on the fence for a while about trying barefoot shoes, it bugs me to not be able to try something on before buying it! Anyway, I finally ordered some Lems and they are so incredibly comfortable and freeing to wear while on walks. Now all my other footwear feels restrictive and I prefer to wear my Lems whenever I can. That sounds like a problem, but it's not if you're a minimalist :) I plan to get another pair of fall/winter Lems later this year!
