They are waterproof, durable, warm, and adorable. LOVE the wide toe box. I took the insole out for a little bit more flexibility. I also ordered a size up so I have the option of wool socks. I am always barefoot but need something warm and practical for Maine fall/ winter / mud season. These are fantastic so far!

I love the look of this boot and the quality is outstanding. But I don’t reach for these daily like I wanted to because they are so difficult to put on. The ankles have barely any stretch so putting them on requires a lot of effort and an uncomfortable feeling. Once on the ankle is the correct size, so the problem is just in the stretch. The main part of the shoe is excellent as well, much less flexibility than I expected in a barefoot shoe even with knowing it’s the more rugged version. I expected thicker soles but not the same as any hiking boot. The toe bed is excellent, lots of room. And when I wear them with thick socks to soften the ankle rub they are incredibly comfortable and nice to wear. They are also very waterproof and hold up well to mud and brush. Honestly if they just made the elastic in the sides a bit more forgiving this would be a top notch boot.
