Comfortable but run a little small
I have an old soccer injury. Medial compartment, right knee. Osteoarthritis has developed there. Walking barefoot produces the least discomfort. So I thought I’d try barefoot shoes. The Primal Zen make walking outdoors much less painful. Comfortable and sturdy. Only issue is that they are smallish. I measured my feet and selected on the size chart. Went up a half size to be on the safe side. But the shoes are tight. Not so much that I would return them, but not what I expected either. Recommend ordering one half to one full size larger than your usual.

Great shoes
I had problems at first insert. They weren't as tall as I needed them to be right off the bat so they were a little uncomfortable. But once they adjusted to my feet and I adjusted the laces a little, they were perfect!
