With 4mm of drop, compared to the traditional 12mm of drop, the Trailhead naturally decreases heel-striking for a more natural gait and healthier posture.

Mixed Feelings
I’ve been a Lems purchaser for 4 years straight. The trailhead has been my go to for my travel PT job. However, last year I bought a pair that only lasted 6 months before the mesh near the base of my big toe started to tear. This has never happened before and left me very frustrated. I bought another pair to replace them but May consider changes brands if it happens again.

Beyond comfortable…
This is my second pair of Lems. These may be the most comfortable walking / hiking shoe that I have worn. They just feel so natural on my feet with their shape and limited drop.

Seems like a good shoe. But I was expecting more.
Smaller toe box than I expected. It feels about 1/2 size too small. Laces are great and seem like heavy duty. Color is great. I wish the tread was deeper. I’d probably pass on these for any hike but they seem suitable to visit the grocery store.
