Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Love the style but NOT wide last
I bought the trail blazer with high hopes of promises that the last would be the same as the Kourt shoes. Although Lems states that it is in fact the same last, the shoe width pales in comparison to the kourt. Sadly, I will be returning the shoes. Great style, not the wide last I know and love.

Super Comfortable Shoe
Great for running errands, going on walks or hikes on moderate trails. I find myself slipping these on for almost everything. They are so comfortable I forget I'm even wearing shoes when I get home. I like that they have plenty of room for my toes to move around. Great Shoe. Get them. You won't regret it!

This one is a homerun
This is hands-down the best model that you guys have brought out amongst your athletic range. All my other Lems make my feet look like clown shoes. My hippie girlfriend tricked me into buying my first pair. She said "once you go wide toe-box you will never go back. She is right about a lot of things, I think I will keep her. These actually make my Sasquatch feet look medium sized. They fit perfectly and seem to be a more medium toe-box which still allow my toes to splay significantly but I do not feel as though they are floating around inside the shoe when I am being more dynamic. I really hope this model stays and doesn't get discontinued. I do wish there were more color options. Monochrome black would be good and/or dark tan, or light brown. It would give those in the military an option for wide toe-box shoes to train in that will fly under the radar. It would also allow you to compete in the tactical space for range wear against the few companies that put out a more expensive and inferior options within this genre of athletic shoe. If you ever did I would be happy to T&E them in front of the hundreds of special operations students I train and mentor every year. Also a side note: have you ever considered grounding your shoes?
