Squeaky from the start
I bought these looking for a slightly more business-like shoe for work. They squeaked with each step from the start. I have worn them upwards of twenty days and they still squeak with each step. While comfortable, the squeak is a deal breaker for me. I would not have bought these had I known.

1st Lems
Wanted to get into a wider toe box and 0 drop dress shoe for work. Out of the box, these have been so comfortable. No regrets. Worth the money. I used to buy $60 shoes that were fine, not super comfy, but would last only a couple of years due to being cheaply made, but as long as these hold up for years to come, I’ll be a Lems fan for life!

I have only worn once being it is still winter but I will say that they fit well and have great styling for business meetings and casual wear. I also like the cork insole that they come with/

Great Shoes, Epic Customer Support
This is my 3rd or 4th pair of Lems in various styles. I am a big fan of Chillums, but also wanted to get a pair of Nine2Fives for a trip I'm getting ready to take. I ordered the same size that I ordered in previous styles, and it was too big. So I went ahead and ordered 2 more sizes, and I emailed customer support to see if I could get these in time for my trip. They responded back immediately and expedited processing through the warehouse to make it happen. Now I have my shoes for my trip and couldn't be happier. Huge thank you to Alisha!!
Worth noting that the return process is also amazingly easy and convenient. Above and beyond service and products!
