    I was told that the type of shoes Lems sells are good for people with poor balance. After wearing the same Brooks for 25 years I decided to try them. The first style I chose were not wide enough. I called Lems and was advised which model is the widest they make. Lems sent me a prepaid label to return them. I ordered the pair suggested and within two week they arrived. They are so comfortable I don’t even want to take them off after wearing all day. I used to kick my Brooks off as soon as I got home. I wear them to PT and feel I’ve made more progress since wearing my Lems Primal 3. I highly recommend the shoe and the company.
