I am so glad I found these boots! They fit perfectly right out of the box. The break-in period was short and sweet. I wore these for my daily activities and they were softened by day 2. My toes have all the room they need to provide a stable, comfortable base. I've worn these while working indoors, hiking outdoors, and in the rain. They've held up so well. In addition to function, these are some darn good looking boots. I can wear them with jeans and a nice top and they manage to be classy. Perfect for new boot goofin' (iykyk). Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase! I will shop Lems for my shoe needs from now on.

Perfect right out of the box
So shocked that there was no wearing in period, they were ready to go right out of the box, no blisters or discomfort for days to break them in. These are my first pair of barefoot shoes, and I don't think I have wide feet, so the toe box feels very roomy. That's not a bad thing though, as I'm on my feet all day and now they have room to swell and not get scrunched up like in my other boots.

Best hiking boots I've ever owned.
I couldn't love these boots more - comfy, lightweight, and protective, with good traction. My feet have the perfect amount of room. I ordered my normal shoe size.

Exactly What They Say
When these shoes arrived, I was skeptical. I loved the way they looked, but the soles seemed thicker than I thought was what I wanted, although I could understand that being necessary since they were also supposed to have pretty good traction. I have now worn them out on several little hikes. It turns out I had nothing to worry about. The grip is great while also still allowing you to feel the ground. I tried jumping around on varied terrain and I never slipped. I also thoroughly tested the waterproof claim by walking through and standing in several creeks as well as doing a walk in the rain and they passed.
I have fairly narrow feet and most wide-toe shoes look like clown shoes on me, but these fit great. Plenty of room for my toes to spread out but not so much room that my feet slide all around. The leather was stiff at first (which is to be expected with most leather), but by the second hike they were already more supple and are now very comfortable across the board.
