Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Didn’t disappoint
I usually wear the Primal Zen suede sneakers, and while they are still my favorite, the TrailBlazers are great too! They are very comfortable and true to size.
I want to give 5 stars to customer service as well. The first pair of Trail Blazers I received were missing the shoelaces from one shoe. I emailed customer service asking for replacement laces. They responded in less than 24 hours and although they could not send me laces, they sent me the QR code to return the shoes for another pair. Within 3 days I had another pair - with laces on both shoes 😁! I am very impressed with customer service and I received a ten dollar refund for my trouble! Nice bonus!

decent but not dreamy
Nice wide toe box, but not as comfortable as I thought they'd be overall. Maybe this is in the name of zero drop? I dunno...I wear these somewhat reluctantly. Good fit, though! I like the wide lace area.

Love the Trail Blazers
I have several pairs of Lem's shoes , all of which I really like, including Primal Zens, Boulder Summit and Outlander, and the Trail Blazer may be my favorite of all. The toe box is roomy without feeling sloppy, and there is enough cushion to be comfortable but still give a feel for the ground. My feet feel well supported but not constricted. I also really like the tread which works well on trails or street. As with all my Lem's they are very well made with good quality materials. The fit may run just slightly bigger than the others but I am still comfortable in my regular size. Thank you Lem's, for consistently making such high quality products!
