Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Most comfortable sneakers that I have ever worn. They are definitely worth the price. I’m planning on buying the olive green pair.

Good for everday home use
I like these shoes, but I don't love them. They have a wide toe bed and are easy to get on & off. But the insoles are made of cork and are not well-cushioned, so on days when I'm walking a lot, my feet get tired. The insoles are not removable, so I'm stuck with using these shoes mostly at home.

Great for Tai Chi and just walking
These are very comfortable shoes. I do have a high arch but wore them comfortably in the house all day. I have not tried using them outside of the house. My second toe on each foot is slightly longer than my big toe (I think there is a word for that) so the 9.5 may have to be sized up but not sure yet. I usually wear a 9 but from what I read before purchasing, if you will need arch support go up one size but I only went up half. So far I have not needed arch support but I only wore them once. The width is perfect. It's the length I am still investigating. I will update if necessary.
