Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

Light & comfortable
I'm new to barefoot shoes.
These are extremely comfortable.
Lightweight (more suited to warmer/not wet weather)
Snug around my heel so doesn't slip or rub on my heel
Medium volume across middle of foot - I can fit on with the insole if I don't wear socks. I can only fit with socks if I remove the insole.
My feet are wide & they fit perfect. If you have extremely wide feet these may be slightly too narrow.
Definitely recommend - I wear them every day. I will replace them over and over!

Comfy
This is my first pair of Lem's. The first pair I tried was a little too small, and the exchange process for a larger size by mail was easy. My foot is wide at ball and narrow through the heel so slip ons often don't work for me but these are great. I switched out the inserts to superfeets, which improved the for for me.

A new favorite
Love my primal 2 shoes, but I wanted some variety. The Laguna style is true to size and so comfortable I can wear them all day. I will be ordering more colors in the future.
