Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Great new shoe
Great fit and very comfortable… I should’ve followed their advice and bought two pairs a size apart… I bought a nine and it was a little small and returned and got a 9 1/2 and it was perfect… The Return system was practically flawless… A great experience!

These look so cool
These shoes look and feel awesome. Very comfortable and supportive. They run a little tight (read the size & fit, Lems does an accurate job describing this fit). I typically wear a 13 and had to size up on these. They fit very well. Love the color schemes

Trailhead Review
I have really liked my previous pair of Lems Trailhead shoes. They have the perfect amount of rise for me.- close to zero with just a bit of life. But they are about worn out and I needed to get a new pair. I really liked the Moss color of my original shoes and was very disappointed that it seems this color has been discontinued and is no longer available in my size. I am not a fan of any of the currently available colors so because I like the Trailhead shoes so much I picked the color I least disliked. I hope you consider bring back the Moss color.
Regarding sizing, going up a half size from my normal size fits me best.
