FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

100% WATERPROOF UPPER

With its fully waterproof membrane and gusseted tongue, the Outlander will keep your feet dry and warm, especially after a day on the slopes or slogging through slush on your way to the bar!

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel close to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

WIDE TOE BOX

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

    RUGGED AF

I’ve had my outlanders for a…. Well since they came out. These boots, I don’t want to call them boots because they feel like high top shoes. These things are so comfortable and tough! I still wear mine daily. I walked through a stream last week and my feet didn’t get wet. Remember, I’ve had these for years now. I’ve worked on ski lifts as a mechanic (summer and winter) in these. I’ve set forms and poured concrete in these. Hikes, fishing, hunting, you name it, outlanders can handle it. The amazing thing is, the tread is still incredibly fresh on the soles too. These shoeboots are a great investment for your feet!

    Almost Perfect

Bought these boots for a trip to Scotland where I knew I’d face rain and do a lot of hiking and walking. The boots are incredibly comfortable and stood up very well to rain and wetness I encountered. Feet stayed very dry and did not seem to hold in moisture from sweat either, even after hiking 6+ miles. Great traction too. They also crossover decently to non-hiking contexts, such as casual outings into town (I wouldn’t wear them to a wedding or fancy restaurant like Olive Garden though). Finally, I love how I wide the shoes are. I have very wide feet and struggle to find shoes that can accommodate, but these were exceptional for my wide feet.

Only downside is that the shoelaces are difficult to tighten because of how slippery they are on the eyelets. It’s very challenging to get them cinched down. Requires double-knotting to hold them in place and loosening of the laces can sometimes lead to some excess movement of the heal inside the shoe. This is one design flaw that definitely needs to be fixed.

Comfortable boot, but sole is aleady coming unglued

This boot is very comfortable. But after a few months of use the sole is already coming unglued. Are they supposed to hold together longer?

Are there recommendations for how to repair them?
