First time purchase of LEMS
This was my first time purchasing LEMS. First thing I notice when opening the box was scuffs and scratches on the leather of the boot. As if handled roughly or worn for a short time. A bit disappointing.

Nice but can get slippery
I like the style, large toe box and zero drop. But have two "nitpicks": it might me having a strong foot but the boot is pretty tight to get into (I followed the recommendation to size up), it's a bit of struggle but once in it's all good. Second, the sole can get slippery, I used them for a quick unchallenging hike after a snowfall and at some I felt like a was part of a "Holiday on ice" show ! This is quite surprising since the intended use is in "harsh" conditions to take advantage of the waterproof boot.

Love them, but they are a liability
These boots fit great look good and overall are a win, with one significant flaw. The outsole does not provide much grip at all. Between the tread design and the rubber softness (or more accurately the lack thereof ) they can be treacherous on some surfaces.
