Terrific, all-purpose boot
I wanted to add my voice to the chorus of 5-star reviews for this terrific boot. I've owned them for a little over a year, and came to appreciate them -- again -- while trudging through a foot of snow this week. They're very waterproof (I've walked through streams in Iceland in them), warm enough, comfortable (love the wide toe box), and good looking (I've gotten multiple compliments on them -- and no one ever comments on my clothing otherwise). This might be anathema, but I put some high-end in-soles in these boots, and can stand in them for hours.
I also own some more technical hiking boots -- nice, more expensive, waterproof, the whole nine yards -- and I find myself wearing the Lems instead. They're more comfortable and actually stay tied.
My only quibble, if I had one, is that it does take some work getting them on and off, given the way that they lace. But it's manageable.

Quail Hunting
I have been recovering from plantar faciaiitis and looking for a shoe that would be comfortable walkeing 6 miles quail hunting. This shoe fits the bill. Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn hunting. Can highly recommend! Will certainly buy a second pair.
