    Super Hike

    My new inserts worked great, I recently did the whole Appalachian Trail in Ct about 50.3 miles and did it in 34 hours wearing the Lem's Chelsea Boots I purchased about one year ago , they are my daily shoes I wear them gardening and landscaping . Everyone said I should not wear them on the hike because they will get to loose and will not be able to tighten them but I had no problems , I work toe socks and did not get any blisters and my shoes looked the same at the end of the hike . Still wearing them, great shoes.

    Perfect insoles

    Had to send back to get the 4.5mm instead of the 5.5 in order to give myself a little more room in my shoes, but in the right shoe, these are perfect. Love Lems products. Exactly what I need for my feet.

    Insole for barefoot shoes of another brand.
