Cera per stivali Otter Wax

I put the wax on brand new Summit Pro boots. Loved the darker color and then Went to the Swiss alps to hike. It rained one morning for a cut one of hours and grass along path was wet. Boots were soaked through and doubled socks damp. The boots also stretched out. Don’t count on the wax making the boots waterproof. Probably a little resistant but not waterproof for the hardcore trekker

I got the 'Harvest' color Summit Pro Boulder boots, and these are them after waterproofing. I followed the instructions, and this is the amount of wax required to pass the 'splash test' in the instructions of the otter wax. The otterwax is considered 'color safe' and avoid darkening. But these were a light tan beforehand. I do like this color better, but if someone likes the 'harvest' color better, I would avoid getting this product to waterproof them.
