Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

This Is A Great Shoe!
This is the first "barefoot" shoe I've tried since I had a pair of "Earth Shoes" back in the 1970s. So far, I'm extremely impressed! After a couple of days of walking, my balance is improving, my feet feel good after a long walk, and I can feel my legs and feet are now using muscles I've not used while wearing regular shoes. I may never go back to regular shoes again.

Great looking shoes with incredible quality
I recently purchased these shoes (along with 2 other styles) and these are my favorite! They look great and are very comfortable. The build quality seems very solid (time will tell since I'm pretty hard on my shoes), but I'm impressed so far. I typically wear size 14 EEEE and these have a nice wide toe box. They may be a bit narrower than other zero drop/barefoot shoes, but the materials are forgiving and seem to be stretching just enough to not be an issue. The soles are SOLID and grip all surfaces very well. After purchasing many other zero drop/barefoot shoes over the years with mixed reviews (some very expensive brands), I'm happy I found Lems - They have both Fit and Finish down.
