Very nice, well built shoes. I took them on a 5 mile run right out of the box. Firm and responsive. Wide toebox but not quite Altra. I wish the wide were wider but that is my only gripe. I cannot feel the 2mm drop which I find interesting. I love the rounded heel. It makes walking on 24mm feel about as barefoot as you can. Very grippy outsole and the forefoot has just a little more rubber appearing "raised" which I appreciate as a forefoot striker. I would say it adds atleast 50 miles to the life of the shoe. Very happy however only gave 4 stars due to feeling slightly misled on the "wide" part. 27M 205lbs

I’ve run in both the ZENSPEED Lite and ZENSPEED+, and the Lite is my personal favourite. It feels lower to the ground and more connected, while still giving enough cushioning and protection for longer road runs and some gravel. The roomy, foot-shaped fit gives my toes plenty of space without feeling sloppy. It’s not a true barefoot shoe, but if you’re already comfortable running in minimalist footwear and want something for higher-mileage runs, I think it strikes a really good balance.

Laces take some getting used to. Sizing was right on 14W. Very comfortable. Usual Lem wide toe-box.

Have been hoping for a while that LEMS would come thru with a running shoe and they finally did. ZENSPEED Lite checks all the boxes for me with no drawbacks: Wide toe box, zero drop, moderate stack height, firm midsole , low toe spring, low to moderate arch, reasonably durable outsole.
