The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Comfortable but poor quality with poor warranty
I got the white version of the kourts and loved them at first, as they were very comfortable and generally as advertised. However shortly (a month or two) after getting the shoes the paint on the leather started cracking off. Later, around 3 months they developed a hole between the upper and sole by the base of the pinky. I wear my shoes hard so brushed it off as unfortunate wear catalyzed by a sharp stone or something, but the shoes in short order developed holes on the inside edge of both sides. At this point I realized it must been a quality issue as no shoe of mine has ever worn through in that spot before, so reached out to the warranty department. They took 3 weeks and multiple emails to get back to me - saying it was normal wear. All I know is that never before have I had shoes develop holes on all 4 sides in about 6 months of wear.
Overall, comfortable shoes with quality on par with $60 shoes at MAX, not $140 shoes.

Good shoes. Solid design. Wide toe box. Expected more of a barefoot feel. It has thicker soles. Not bad though. Still a great shoe.
