One week in and seeing results
Will be uncomfortable the first day, just push through it and a couple days in and you will forget that you are even wearing them. I just went for it and wore them day one nonstop for over a week and I can already see the results. To be fair my range of motion in my toes were close to none. I use them inside my socks with my lems and have no problems.

Happy feet
Having worn toe socks for some the toe spacers fit right in! The feel is natural and I can walk with them on without noticing them. Nice! I’ve never had issues with my feet and have taken good care of them. I’ll add these to my health care.
