I typically wear a size 11.5 to a 12 for traditional shoes, and went with a 12 for these. They're light / breathable, very comfortable after a few days of adjustment, and blend in well with other common sneakers.
I have rather wide feet, and could have potentially gone up half a size for a slightly better fit. After a few days of breaking them in, however, the 12's are still so comfortable that I plan on keeping them. Definitely recommend for an everyday sneaker.

I'm waiting for my replacement pair to do a proper fit and feel review. I ordered my size in the Woodland Primal Zen and they were small. I've ordered a size up but I had to get the Cobra because the Woodland was out of stock. More later!
