More comfortable
These your spacers are more comfortable than some other brands I've tried, and it's nice to be able to wear these in my shoes while I walk, not just around my house as I relax.

Flexible Toe Spacers
Flexible toe spacers are a little challenging to get on but once on they are unobtrusive. I have worn them in-house only; so far, so good after two weeks of about 1-2 hours a day. I did fall asleep with them on for a few hours and suffered no issues upon waking. Well worth the money.

Rough start; long term benefits
These were hard to adjust to, which I think was a sign that I needed them. They force me to engage muscles in my lower locomotion system that are usually ignored. A few weeks later, though, and my feet and legs feel stronger and more solid than ever. Very nice!
