With 4mm of drop, compared to the traditional 12mm of drop, the Trailhead naturally decreases heel-striking for a more natural gait and healthier posture.

Great kicks
First pair of Lems and they’re unexpectedly very comfortable. I read other reviews and sized up, one whole size, and they fit perfectly. It’s been a treacherous winter here in the Northeast and the treads have served me well on ice. Will definitely buy another pair of Lems.

men's trailhead sequoia
Excellent shoe! This will be my 3rd pair to purchase. My dog chewed up my 2nd pair. My only fear is that LEMS will discontinue this particular shoe in the future. I hope not!

Great shoes!
My go to favorite shows - feels like I am barefoot but I am not. Good ventilation, great grip, feels very natural walking - love the low drop.

Changed my workday
I work on a flat, hard surface and walk all day. Ive been looking for a shoe that I can feel comfortable in at work and feel good at the end of the day. Ive tried boots, hikers, running shoes, alot of cushion, no cushion. I have finally found the perfect shoe, for me, in Lems. The fist day I wore them, I came home, took them off and couldn't believe how good I felt. My posture was completly different, legs and back felt great. Im 45, tried a dozen different brands and these are the shoe. They feel great, seem very tough and durable and the zero drop just works for me, highly recommend.
